As part of our response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have had to make changes to way we see our patients. Bronte Medical Centre asks that if you have a fever or acute respiratory infection or have travelled overseas or or been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, please do not attend our practice in person instead we can arrange a Telehealth appointment to provide advice and support.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all initial patients bookings will now be telehealth appointments. If a face to face consultation is required in addition to this, one can be booked after speaking with a doctor.
If you do attend our practice for a face to face consultation, we ask that you please sit at a distance from others in the waiting room. We will try to manage our appointments to keep patients separated where possible.
Please know that we are still open and are focussed on seeing you especially if you are unwell.
